I have set a goal, actually I have a couple of goals but I will invite you to follow one of them – my health plan. I am in no way unhealthy, but I want to make changes inside and out. My plan is to reduce sugar intake to 0 during these 21 days and with that, put in different excersizes that will benefit not only my physical body, but also my mental mindset.
I have a couple of weeks were I can control my schedule and time so why not set mys self up for a test.
Being middle age, and head diving in to menopause I need and want to help my body become the best version possible. As it is not responding the way it use to and even If I love the strength it has giving me through the years it is more sensitive and not really as responsive as it has been. This challenge will also test my mental power. So this is my plan.
For foods, only plant base for these 21 days, I will follow a Dr Gundry Plant Paradox diet. I will stick to a intermitten fasting with a 4 – max 6 hrs eating window. This will let my body heal inside and out.
Plenty of water and green matcha as well as coffee. As my body is low in ferritin (Iron) I need to take iron supplements as well as vitamin C as this will help the body with the Iron and its a great supplement for staying healthy. I will also give my body B-12, Omega 3 and Silica and some natural fermented estrogen. I will list all the supplements along the journey.
