I hope 🤞 that you have gone through life with a large share of happiness and some must needed struggles. I see all struggles as a a part of the school of life. And most of all I see it as a sort of wake up call to guide you back to the path- you are meant to walk.

With age comes smartness in the sense of what you can actually contribute to the world 🌎. When you are young, you have a different set of drive and fearlessness, this is the best time to explore that! Hopefully you have tried everything that came your way, and dared to let your fantasies run wild.

As you are getting older a different set of responsibilities emerge, responsibilities mostly towards others. And with that comes limitations of course, but also a lot of love and happiness.

So how do you age smart? Well use your knowledge and spread it to others. You have gain so much wisdom during your life, it’s time to spread it. What stopping you? And with that, you should also live your life with dignity and respect.

Respecting yourself is crucial. Take care of yourself in all ways. You know by now what you enjoy – priorities that. You have earned it. Help others without it being a burden- see what your help actually provides to others. it’s actually proven that helping others maintain your sense of belonging which is such an important health indicator when becoming older.

Body and mind go hand in hand, always remember that and if you treat your body as a temple and your mind as a GOD, you will age smartly . With happiness comes beauty in all ways.

Staying body and mind sharp through menopause

I know it´s a topic that have mixed feelings, some of us dread the menopause approach some of us enjoy it. Yes, you are getting older, and it marks the end of youth and fertility in a way. However it also mark the beginning of something new- a stronger better you!

Hormons – or the lack of them or actually the change of the hormonal mix, will leave you with a different mind and body. Make sure to eat optimal eat natural not precessed food. Sleep for example, always have had an issue with sleep, never ever was a sound sleeper. I sleep for 6,5 to 7 hrs tops, that is for me a good night sleep. But most of all the biggest change for me has been my mind. I have become allot stronger mentally. I do have periods where I have felt a bit lost and not really recognize myself.

It´s time to take care of body and mind and most of all create a balance between them. Stop pressuring yourself to much and let go of negative influences. I seldom listen to the news and by choice keep an positive attitude. Not always easy, I feel a lot of people have a negative attitude form the get go, constantly thinking negative thought, regardless were they are in life.

I have set a couple of goals to maintain and create a better future or a future that I want. I going in to a new phase in life. First of is your mind, are you happy with your life? Is this were you picture your self 10 years ago? If not, what is strategy for removing yourself from your current state?

Second your body, I am currently working on my body, nutrition and exercise, to be able to reach my goal I need to change, change my way of thinking, and that is the hardest part, old habits die hard, especially thinking habits.

Top tips to feel your best

  1. Love yourself
  2. Nutrition – eat clean , minimize sugar intake and eat lot´s of greens and fermented soya based foods as it´s has a positive effect on the estrogen
  3. Exercise – not to hard your body needs to recover, but hard enough to break out a sweat, go up early, light a candle and do yoga, it will keep you flexible, try if for 20 minutes 5 days a week. A great start in the morning.
  4. Sleep – hard one, but if you have trouble sleeping, please make sure to at least eat proper as you brains needs the nutritions
  5. Find your inne purpose, if lost or forgotten
  6. Do fun for filling things – take time to enjoy life

Being a feminine woman regardless

Women are so beautiful, strong, mysterious. We are mothers, carry life and are just fantastic. We should always embrace that! Meaning we should be feminine regardless what. We should be proud of what we have, and what we are and most of all show it.

Many women, believe they must become more manly to receive the respect they deserve, and that might be the case, but why is that? And why do we allow it? You do not need to become more manly just to earn respect. If anything be more feminine!

Own the floor as a pure woman, with all your feminine attributes – be humble, friendly but strong! Show compassion yet let them understand your goal and ambitions regardless of anything.

Be a proud woman! There is nothing more attractive and sensual then a feminine powerful woman

New beginning 👉🏻setting goals

Life has given me a lot of heads up and learnings the last couple years. It’s finally time to work on them.

3 areas that needs to be in harmony for everything to work out. I see setbacks as a reminder sent from life itself to get your act together and move towards your own goals. Be strong enough to stand up for your own inner hopes and thoughts, not someone else’s 👉🏻 yours and yours only.

Working on a detailed plan is a must👉🏻 just to remind you on where you are going.

My areas of plans are.

  • Business 👉🏻 still have plenty of more work time in me, don’t believe in retirement at the age of 40 unless you have another for filling purpose. The plan is in making the focus now is moving forward regardless
  • Body 👉🏻 nutrition, health and anti-aging, not that I am afraid of getting older. I just want to be the best version of me, a bit leaner and detoxed.
  • Me 👉🏻this being the most critical, I need to work on me to be able to work on the rest❤️

What a blessing

What a blessing

I remember about 8 years ago when I felt completely out of control. It was a couple of incident that left me completely questioning everything. I was stuck in a black hole, living for everyone else but my self. I was exhausted with 4 children, full time job and I had completely forgotten who I was, my childhood dreams and all the goals I had carried was gone. I was not happy nor sad I was numb and very tired.

During the years that followed I have done my best to changes it, take back the control, as I can only blame my self for loosing it. Fighting against the rest of the world from all of sudden acting different, as well as fighting against my own habits I gotten so used to over the last 10+ more years.

Slowly I began to take control, take control over my thought, finding my dreams, some new and some old. Trying to live up to my own need without feeling guilty which was the hardest part, as I was battle with thoughts of feeling selfish and less caring towards the rest of the people close to me.

Today, many years later I am well om my way, I have found my passion as well as new passions. I have found so many new friends, life is a journey and I am now in it instead of standing by and watching it pass by. So yes, what a blessing to finally having woken up.

Happy-body and mind

taking care of the body and mind goes hand in hand, the older I get the more important it gets to really listen in om your body, and you do it through your soul. For years I did not listen in, well that was not really true. I was listening but I refused to pay attention and that left me with chronic issues, mostly related to my skin. It has been really bad. I believe that was related to me not listening in on my inner soul. I was always the nice one, never getting in to to any problems, always saying yes,even if my heart and mind was saying no. I had been hiding for such a long time that one day my body gave up and I started to get really health issues.It started out as rash around my eyes, not always but now and then, that lead me to understand that my body was now intolerant to gluten, and all of a sudden I became sick from neglecting my self.

My skin is still an issue from time to time, and I notice that what I put in my mouth make my body react to certain things, It sure makes a difference, and the more I eat well, the less tolerant my body gets to when I cheat (eating gluten). So from now on, I have decided to really be good to my self, by that i mean really eating healthy, what ever that means :)- More vegan, less sugar, less salt,and more meditating, pilates and me time.

Follow my example
